Upon
signing
the
lease,
the
tenant
is
required
to have
the gas
and
electric
ordered
before
we give
them the
keys.
The
amount
owed for
the time
utilities
remained
in
owner’s
name
shall be
charged
back to
tenant.
The
owner
will be
responsible
for the
first
$50 of
the
quarterly
water
bill in
units
where
water is
separate.
Should
water
bills
exceed
$50 per
quarter,
the
tenant
shall be
held
liable
for the
balance.
All
bills
will be
charged
and paid
through
your
account
then
charged
to the
tenant.
Sometimes
it takes
a couple
of
months
to be
reimbursed
from the
tenant.
Be
patient!
It is
not
worth
the cost
of
evicting
the
tenant
and
again
preparing
the unit
for
renting,
just to
collect
a small
charge.
We can
deduct
it from
the
security
deposit
later if
we have
to.
